  • Clients using Accutane (within the past 6 months)

Vivace RF Microneedling FAQ

Results typically last up to one year.  After your initial series, we recommend maintenance treatments for longer lasting results.

There is little to no downtime with this treatment. Clients can resume their normal activities within 24 hours.

We recommend waiting until the day after your treatment to resume wearing makeup.

Immediately after, your skin may look flushed or like you have a mild sunburn.  Typically, this fades within a day.

We recommend clients avoid working out or excessive heat exposure for the first  24 hours. You may resume using products containing retinoids, retinols, glycolic acid, and salicylic acid 5 days post treatment.

Microneedling with RF effectively treats skin concerns such as acne scars, wrinkles, sun damage, uneven tone and texture, and provides skin tightening benefits.

  • There is minimal to no downtime involved with this procedure.
  • Clients may experience mild swelling and mild redness/flushing immediately after treatment. This typically fades within 24 hours.
  • Avoid applying makeup for 24 hours.
  • Include SPF sunscreen in your daily skincare routine but do not apply any the day of your treatment as it may cause breakouts.
  • Avoid using harsh cleansers or exfoliants for one week post treatment.
  • Please follow all aftercare instructions directed by your provider.
  • Clients may undergo additional treatments every four to six weeks for optimal effects.
